Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.

  Pack the Product

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them back in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, a courier partner will be assigned to collect the package from your doorstep within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
